Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF has applications for human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC). Each Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is tested functionally with human stem cells to ensure that pluripotency is maintained.
This ready to use, complete medium, is tested for pH, osmolality, endotoxins and sterility. Each lot of Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is tested functionally with human stem cells to ensure that pluripotency is maintained as determined by expression of pluripotent markers.

Detailed protocols relating to this product are available online.

  1. Thaw Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF / FF complete medium at 2°C to 8°C overnight.  The thawed medium is stable for up to two weeks at 2°C to 8°C.
  2. Warm medium for NOT MORE THAN 30 minutes in a 37°C water bath prior to use.

Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is stable for up to two weeks at 2°C to 8°C.

Note:  It is recommended to prepare single use aliquots of the medium to prevent repeated warming at 37°C.  If medium is not to be used within two weeks, it is acceptable to store aliquots at -20°C.
