Comments The ATCC® KPC Strains Panel (ATCC® MP-24™) comprises four strains confirmed to carry the blaKPC gene conferring resistance to carbapenem antibiotics. These strains demonstrate multidrug-resistance to a variety of antibiotic classes, making them ideal for the development, verification, and evaluation of rapid detection methods, innovative therapeutic techniques, novel antibiotics, and updated sterility protocols.
