IDH2 mutant-TF-1 Isogenic-Luc2
CRL-2003IG-LUC2 ™
IDH2 mutant-TF-1 Isogenic-Luc2 is a luciferase-expressing derivative of the IDH2 mutant-TF-1 Isogenic Cell Line (ATCC CRL-2003IG), which was generated from the parental TF-1 cell line (ATCC CRL-2003) using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing to introduce the IDH2R140Q mutation. The cell line constitutively expresses high levels of enzymatically active luciferase protein, enabling detection by in vitro and in vivo bioluminescence assays. This cell line can be used in assay development, drug development, drug resistance research, immune system disorder research, and immunology research.
