hTERT A41hBAT-SVF

hTERT A41hBAT-SVF is hTERT-immortalized and isolated in 2012 from the adipose fat tissue of a 56-year-old male. Primary hBAT-SVF cells were infected with retroviruses expressing the plasmid pBABE-Hygro-hTERT. Following retrovirus infection, cells were selected with 200 µg/ml hygromycin for two weeks. It was deposited by the Joslin Diabetes Center, Inc and can be used for drug development.
