hTERT A41hWAT-SVF

hTERT A41hWAT-SVF is hTERT-immortalized and isolated in 2012 from the adipose tissue (superficial neck fat) of a 56-year-old male. Primary hWAT-SVF cells were infected with retroviruses expressing the plasmid pBABE-Neo-hTERT. Following retrovirus infection, cells were selected with 700 µg/ml G418 for two weeks. It was deposited by the Joslin Diabetes Center, Inc and can be used for drug development and high-throughput screening.
