ATCC®-formulated Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a high-quality, sterile liquid medium designed for culturing a broad range of mammalian cells, such as ATCC’s 293T (ATCC CRL-3216™). Based on the classic DMEM formulation, it contains elevated glucose, amino acids, vitamins, and inorganic salts to support robust cell growth and metabolism. The medium includes sodium bicarbonate for buffering and phenol red for pH indication. Suitable for applications in cancer research, bioproduction, and cell physiology. Supplement with serum as needed.
