Comments The cells produce high levels of MUC-1 mucin mRNA, low levels of MUC-2 mRNA but do not express the MUC-3 gene.

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Quality Control Specifications The quality of the total RNA was determined using the Agilent 2100.  RNA (0.1 –1 µL) was analyzed with a 6000 Pico LabChip Kit.  The electropherogram shows high quality RNA with visible 18S and 28S rRNA peaks.
