The conjugate was developed by cross absorbing a rabbit polyclonal antiserum with healthy tobacco plant tissue followed by affinity purification of IgG.
Purified IgG was conjugated to alkaline phosphatase by protein cross linking with 0.2% glutaraldehyde.
Conjugated immunoglobulin is supplied in 1mM MgCl2, 15M NaCl and 50% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide.
