ATCC®-formulated Iscove’s Modified Dulbecco’s Medium (IMDM) is a high-performance cell culture medium developed to support the vigorous growth and maintenance of a wide range of cell types, including highly metabolic and fast-growing cells including hybridomas, lymphocytes, and monocytes such as ATCC’s K-562 (ATCC CCL-243™). IMDM is ideal for culturing hematopoietic cells, hybridomas, and other suspension or adherent cell lines used in immunology, oncology, and molecular biology.
