Quality Conscience at ATCC
At ATCC, quality is everything. Quality means consistency and continuous improvement in everything we do. We are a Quality Enterprise, and we bring a quality focus to our entire value chain, to our customers, to our people, as well as the global community.ATCC's commitment to quality
To our Quality and Compliance team, "doing the right thing" means that we focus on the purpose of our work, which is to support research and development of important treatments and therapies. We need to keep our focus on the integrity of the science and ultimately the welfare and safety of patients. “Doing the right thing” means keeping this mission in mind in everything we do and every decision we make.
Our quality management team ensures that the acquisition, authentication, preservation, development, and distribution of biological materials are being performed under, and conform to, a documented quality management system. We adhere to regulatory requirements using robust quality control testing, exceptional documentation and record-keeping practices, corrective and preventive actions, internal and external audits, and management reviews.
ATCC strives to be an industry leader by providing products and services that are based on sound quality principles and practices.
