Role at ATCC
As chief operating officer, Manoj is a key strategic leader and plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, high productivity, quality, and continuous innovation in our operations. He is responsible for the oversight and strategic management of all aspects of manufacturing, facilities, materials management, and planning operations.
Experience
With over 25 years of global experience in the biopharma industry, Manoj brings a proven track record of building and leading multicultural organizations with efficient business processes and organizational structures. He has held both global roles and site-based leadership positions at biopharmaceutical companies, including IDT Biologika, AstraZeneca, Lonza, and Sanofi-Genzyme across the product development and manufacturing value chains.
Manoj holds a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and an Integrated Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology and biochemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India.
