Components
Synthetic TetR homolog regulator:
pENTR_L1L2_PhlF (ATCC SB-1032)

Synthetic promoter:
pENTR_L4R1_pGPD-PhlF (ATCC SB-1070)
Application A plasmid pair used to construct a gene expression system via a TetR homolog-based repression system
Biosafety Level 1

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Comments PhlF, a TetR homolog, is a transcriptional regulator from Pseudomonas bacteria.
This pair of product includes two plasmids: pENTR_L1L2_PhlF contains a TetR homolog, PhlF, (ATCC SB-1032) and pENTR_L4R1_ pGPD- PhlF contains an ATCC® synthetic promoter, pGPD- PhlF, (ATCC SB-1070). They are two of DNA parts in the ATCC® Synthetic Biology Yeast Tool Kit for building gene circuits in yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Detail information of ATCC SB-1032 and ATCC SB-1070 can be found in these products’ information sheet.
Product Format dried purified plasmid DNA (2 to 3 µg/vial)
