ddPCR

Droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (ddPCR™) is useful for various applications, including absolute nucleic acid quantification, target DNA measurement, viral load analysis, microbial quantification, rare mutation detection, and gene expression.

Service Description:
Utilizing reference sequences provided by you, we will develop and optimize primers and probes for use in ddPCR™ for your target
Optimize ddPCR™ conditions for your target
Perform genome copy number assessments using ddPCR™ assays on target samples
Each sample will be run in duplicate
Two independent ddPCR™ runs will be performed per target

Deliverables: An electronic report for each sample containing the genome copy numbers as determined by ddPCR™ assessment.

qPCR

Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) is commonly used for nucleic acid quantitation and its applications include quantification and genotyping of human viral pathogens, gene expression and transcription studies, and clinical diagnostics.

Service Description:
Set assay specification during consultation with the customer
Select reagents and reaction formats
Design and optimize qPCR assay – If you already a qPCR assay protocol developed, we can use the same protocol
Perform qPCR assay
Analyze the results
Incorporate the results into an acceptable reporting format (e.g., Certificate of Analysis)

Deliverables: An electronic copy of the report. A hard copy of the report will be available upon request.

qRT-PCR

Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) is used for nucleic acid quantification purposes.

Service Description:

Select reagents and reaction formats
Design and optimize RT-PCR or qRT-PCR assays – If you already have assay protocols developed, we are able to use the same protocol
Perform the assays
Analyze the results
Incorporate the results into an acceptable reporting format (e.g., Certificate of Analysis)
