pASK84

87094

This is an immunoglobulin expression vector allowing cloning of variable region domains and efficient purification of Fab fragments via immobilized metal affinity chromatography. It contains the mouse immunoglobulin heavy chain region, part of the hinge region and the mouse immunoglobulin kappa  constant region.  The heavy chain and light chain variable regions may be cloned into the PstI-EcoRI-BstEII and SstI-PmI-XhoI multiple cloning sites respectively.  The other unique restriction sites (XbaI NcoI HindIII) may be used for subcloning or exchange of immunoglobulin constant regions.  Grow at 220 C for expression.
