All reviews and comments must be submitted to the SDO by COB November 2, 2015.  The draft document is copyrighted and neither the publication nor any portion thereof may be adapted, copied, or otherwise reproduced by electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or recording without prior written permission from ATCC SDO.
