Establish a
Customer Account

A website log-in and profile is required to complete the New Customer Account Application.

If you reside in Europe, Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, R.O.C., or Thailand, you must order from our official distributors.

  1. Create a Profile 
    A website log-in and profile is required to complete the New Customer Account Application.

  2. Complete the Online New Customer Account Application and submit your application.

  3. Electronically sign the New Customer Account Application and Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). 

  4. Access your New Customer Account Application status through your ATCC online profile. The status is provided in the left menu after you have signed into your ATCC profile.
