This product is a preparation of viral nucleic acids, including virus genomic RNA, in total RNA isolated from HEp-2 cells (ATCC CCL-23) infected with Human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) strain 9320 (ATCC VR-955). It is supplied at 100 ul per vial, shipped frozen. It is suitable for use in reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for viral gene products and other molecular virology applications.
