Can these cells be expanded in vitro?

Yes, with proper stimuli (typically via cytokines and/or under co‐culture conditions) CD4+ Helper

T Cells can be expanded in vitro though the expression of cell specific markers; cell populations

may change. We suggest checking published literature for application-specific protocols.
