MSC differentiation when subconfluent
Can I start adipogenic or osteogenic differentiation when the MSCs are subconfluent?

No. Adipogenic or osteogenic differenciation is less efficient when the MSCs are subconfluent.  Start adding the adipogenic or osteogenic differentiation medium when the cells reach about 100% confluence.
