Coating flasks with Collagen IV for CRL-1721 differentiation

What is the concentration of collagen IV to be used for coating plates for differentiation of PC-12 (ATCC® CRL-1721 ™) cells with NGF?

ATCC has only tested the PC-12 cells on pre-coated Corning® BioCoat™ Collagen IV 6-well plates (Cat No.354428) for response to NGF. The protocol for coating tissue culture plates with Collagen IV will usually be available on the manufacturer’s product sheet. The coating protocol recommended by Sigma for use with PC-12 cells, is available on the Sigma website.
