Number of ATCC® CRL-2102 cells in a confluent flask

How many cells from the C2BBe1 cell line (ATCC® CRL-2102 ™) are in a T-75 flask at confluence?

The number of cells in a confluent flask varies because cell size differs based on cell age and differences between individual cultures. For example, different culture conditions or different culture ages may affect cell size.

The cell concentration in a T-75 flask of C2BBe1  (ATCC® CRL-2102 ™) at 100% confluence is approximately 3-4 x 106.
