The type of water used for preparing powdered media
What type of water should be used for medium prepared from powder?

Many vendors sell powdered media that must be reconstituted. Hybricare, ATCC® 46-X ™ is one example.

Be sure to use tissue culture grade double or triple distilled water. Deionized water is unsuitable. Cell Culture Grade Water, Corning® Catalog No. 25-055-CV
