Constructed from the following sequences (EcoRI site as nucleotide 1): 0-35, multiple cloning site; 37-235, terminator; 416-1259, copA, copB; 1260-2879, repA, ori; 2880-4008, bla; 4089-4465, stability sequence.
The sequence from nucleotides 4089 to 4465 was derived from pSC101 (ATCC 3702) and can be removed from this construct by an EcoRI/SstI double digest.
