On Emmons’ modification of Sabouraud’s medium at 25°C after 7 days, mycelium buff to light brown, powdery to floccose, dense. Reverse dark reddish brown. Hyphae hyaline, guttulate. Chlamydospores present. Macroconidia hyaline, clavate, segmented, 17-30 X 5-8 µm. Microconidia hyaline, ellipsoidal to globose, growing in grape-like clusters, 24 X 2-2.5 µm.
