Applications
The antibody reacts with and precipitates a 45000 dalton glycoprotein from extracts of SK-MEL-19 cells.
The antibody also shows a wide range of reactivity against tumor tissues, tumor cell lines and normal tissues.
The antibody reacts with the M-11 antigen system.

Comments
Animals were immunized with the SK-MEL-19 human melanoma cell line.

Subculturing
