Complete Growth Medium The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium, ATCC 30-2001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (ATCC 30-2020) to a final concentration of 10%.
Subculturing Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium. An inoculum of 8.0 x 104 to 2.0 x 105cells/mL is recommended. Subculture when the cell concentration is between 1.0 x 106 and 2.0 x 106 cells/mL.
Subcultivation ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:4 to 1:12 is recommended.
