IDH1 R132H human glioma isogenic cell line

What type of mutation does the IDH1 mutant-U-87 Isogenic Cell Line (ATCC® HTB-14IG ™) contain and how was this line created?

ATCC® HTB-14IG ™ contains a heterozygous knock-in IDH1 mutation at position c.395G>A, p.R132H generated from the parental U-87 MG (ATCC® HTB-14) human glioblastoma cells. Only the IDH1 mutant allele is expressed at transcript level, and the other allele is not expressed due to a frameshift disruption.  This IDH1 R132H human glioma isogenic cell line was generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system followed by single cell cloning and validation.
