The depositor indicated that this strain was derived from CAG-456. The genotype is not complete because the nature of the reversion is not known.
This strain has reduced proteolysis of foreign proteins. It does not require heat induction to reduce proteolysis and has the potential to accumulate foreign protein over a longer period of time.
