A virtual panel of 9 tumor cell lines representing an array of gynecological cancers with varying degrees of genetic complexity. Each culture contains genomic mutations in one or more of the following genes according to the Sanger COSMIC database: PIK3CA, FAM123B, APC, KRAS, CDKN2A, PTEN, RB1, FBXW7, MAP2K4, and TP53.
