Isolation
This product is a murine monoclonal antibody (IgG1; kappa light chain) to the HA1 domain of the H7 hemagglutinin of an avian influenza A virus, strain A/chicken/Netherlands/1/03 (H7N7). The source hybridoma was derived by immunization of a BALB/c mouse, followed by fusion of splenocytes from the immunized animal with Sp2/0-Ag14 cells ( ATCC CRL-1581). The antibody preparation supplied is affinity purified from serum free supernatants of cultured cells. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in D-PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 0.1 ml per vial.
Product Format frozen
Storage Conditions -20 °C or colder
