Inbred corn line Produces corn that meets the requirements of the milling industry Produces corn with uniform large, bright yellow kernels and very hard endosperm, but with very little white floury starch. The kernels contain at least 10.5% crude protein and 0.31% lysine based on 12% kernel moisture. Hybrids with WIL500 have a significantly higher lysine content than generic corn. Demonstrated a distinct advantage as a feed grain; chicks fed a WIL500 hybrid gained 117 grams and 70 grams more than birds fed generic corn and grain sorghum diets, respectively. tolerant of: anthracnose
