The inserts can be excised with a NotI digest. Deposited as two cDNA banks of purified plasmid DNA. Constructed by adding a BstXI adaptor 5'CTAAATTACTCACA-3'/3'-GATTTAATGA-5' to both ends of the cDNA. Demonstrated to have an insert range of approximately 0.6 - 3.0 kb.
