Comments

Good resolution and well-isolated #18 peak. Purity estimated by banding: 97%. Of 20 probes selected at random, 6 inserts were smaller than 300 bp, 11 contained repetitive sequences, and 3 contained unique sequences. Of the latter 3, all mapped to chromosome 18, and 1 contained 3 HindIII fragments contiguous in the genome.
