For samples from Guatemala, Mali, Touboro and Kumba, respectively: Non-recombinants (%): 14, 12, 9, 4; Coverage: 1.0x10(7), 1.0x10(7), 1.0x10(7), 4.0x10(6); Titer: 3.3x10(10), 2.0x10(9), 4.5x10(9), 3.5x10(9). Distributed as a set of four samples, with the difference between samples being the site of collection of Onchocerca volvulus. Ampule 1 is from Guatemala, 2 from Mali, 3 from Touboro and 4 from Kumba.
