Applications
The antibody is specific for the lipopolysaccharide of the Fisher immunotype 7 of P. aeruginosa.

B cells obtained from a patient with cystic fibrosis (known to have a chronic infection with P. aeruginosa) were transformed with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).

Subculturing
Medium Renewal: Every 3 to 4 days
