Yes, tumors developed within 21 days at 100% frequency (5/5) in nude mice inoculated subcutaneously with 107 cells.
Comments

The cells are resistant to 6-thioguanine and sensitive to HAT medium.

They are deficient in hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl transferase (HGPRT-, HPRT-).

Complete Growth Medium Minimum essential medium (Eagle) in Earle's BSS with non-essential amino acids, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%; 0.050 mM 6-thioguanine
Subculturing
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin solution several minutes until cells detach. Add fresh medium and centrifuge. Resuspend in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 is recommended
Medium Renewal: Twice per week
