Morphology

Growth is moderately rapid; plate is covered in 3-4 weeks. Advancing zone is even, raised, aerial mycelium extending to the limit of growth. Mat is white, cottony to start with, soon collapsed, translucent and cream in color with patches of woolly mycelium scattered and also along the edges of the petri dish. Reverse is unchanged.
