Effect on Host

Growth Conditions
For best results, plate cells 24 to 48 hours in advance. Infect at 80-90% confluence using a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of about 1. Incubate 2-3 days at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 in air.
