Comments
Animals were immunized with supernatant from phorbol myristic acid activated human peripheral blood leukocytes.
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
The antibody blocks lymphocyte adhesion to high enothelial venules of peripheral lymph nodes.
