A panel of 6 stomach cancer cell lines isolated from both primary and metastatic sites. Each culture contains genomic mutations in one or more of the following genes according to the Sanger COSMIC database: CDKN2A, TP53, SMAD4, CDH1, CTNNB1, KRAS, MLH1 and PIK3CA.
