Comments	LGV II strain 434 was initially accessioned as an egg passaged preparation (VR-902) and subsequently adapted to cell culture at ATCC and reaccessioned as VR-902B. Dilute high titer stocks to avoid cell toxicity.
Effect on Host	Inclusion bodies visualized by fluorescent staining with genus or species specific conjugated monoclonal antibodies.

Growth Conditions	Temperature: 36°C to 37°C Recommendations For Infection: For best results cells should be 24 to 48 hours old and 80-90% confluent (not 100% confluent). Incubation: 3 days, a 5% CO₂ in air atmosphere is recommended.
