Derivation

GA-10 (Clone 4) is a subclone of the GA-10 ( ATCC CRL-2392) cell line derived by culturing the parental line on a feeder layer. GA-10 was derived in 1996 from lymphoma cells circulating in the peripheral blood of a patient with a clinically aggressive, chemo-refractory Burkitt's Lymphoma.
