Constructed by excising the insert of pRG5 (ATCC 67076) with an EcoRI/HindIII digest, and blunt-ending the vector and insert with the Klenow fragment of DNA polymerase before ligation.
Contains the complete coding sequence (nt 245-1414 of the sequence record).
