Growth Conditions	Temperature: 25.0°C Protocol: ATCCNO: 50421 SPEC: Follow instructions that accompany the shipment. Thaw ampule by transferring it directly from the dry ice to a water bath at 35C. Transfer the entire thawed contents from the ampule to a single T-25 tissue culture flask containing 10 ml of ATCC medium 1525 bacterized with Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 10348. Screw the cap on tightly and incubate at 25C.
