Contains a full-length genome of SV40-B1 cloned into pUC-19 at the EcoRI site. SV40-B1 was isolated and cloned from a low-passage stock of SV40-Baylor that had been isolated from a contaminated poliovaccine. The viral regulatory region is archetypal.
