These permits may be required for shipping this product:

  • Customers located in the state of Hawaii will need to contact the Hawaii Department of Agriculture to determine if an Import Permit is required. A copy of the permit or documentation that a permit is not required must be sent to ATCC in advance of shipment.

Storage Conditions Basal Medium is stored at -20°C. Growth Supplement is stored at 2°C to 8°C.
Comments
Media components are tested for pH, osmolality, endotoxins and sterility. Each lot of Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is tested functionally with hESCs and hiPSCs to ensure that pluripotency is maintained as determined by expression of pluripotent markers.

Quality Control Specifications

Components are tested for pH, osmolality and sterility.  In addition, the basal medium is tested for endotoxins.

Each lot of Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is tested functionally with hESCs and hiPSCs to ensure that pluripotency is maintained as determined by expression of pluripotent markers.

A Certificate of Analysis is available upon request.
