  This reagent is used in hybridoma production as a source of hypoxanthine and thymidine after selection in HAT. H.T. is supplied as five 2.0 mL vials.  Each vial of concentrate can produce one liter of 1X H.T. medium.

           Hypoxanthine        13.610 mg

           Thymidine               3.780 mg
