Comments
Description of cloned agent:
Name: SV40
Strain: H388, variant #16
Classification: Papovavirus
Contains a full-length non-archetypal SV40-H388 genome cloned into pUC-19 at EcoRI site; isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cell DNA of animal H388 by J. Lednicky.
