Basal Medium is stored at -20°C. Growth Supplement is stored at 2°C to 8°C.

|
Media components are tested for pH, osmolality, endotoxins and sterility. Each lot of Pluripotent Stem Cell SFM XF/FF is tested functionally with hESCs and hiPSCs to ensure that pluripotency is maintained as determined by expression of pluripotent markers.
