Comments
|
The KSU-1 isolate of cryptosporidium parvum was isolated from the feces of naturally infected calf (Bos taurus) in 1987. The isolate was passaged 6-10 times per year by oral inoculation of goats, mice and/or calves prior to library construction in 1992. Approximately 1% of the recombinants in this library contain two ligated EcoRI inserts.
